New Class

Join us for our new Zumba class at the Shenfield Parish Hall on a Tuesday morning from 10:45-11:30. Places are still available, email us at info@inclusive-fitness.co.uk to book your place in next week's class.

New Venue and New Time

We are very pleased to announce that our Thursday nights Zumba class has moved venue and time. The class will now take place at St Martins School, Shenfield from 7:00 - 7:45pm with the added extra of an Abs Blast class from 7:45-7:55 to work on that troublesome mid-section (at no extra cost)
